Documents Required:

1. Application on Letter Head.
2. Business profile.
3. Undertaking from the  buyer.
4. No Objection by seller.
   1. If Partnership Firm: Affidavit of all  partners.
   2. If Company: Copy of Board Resolution.
   3. If Sole Proprietor: Affidavit by proprietor.
5. Entity Documents of buyer.
   1. If Partnership Firm: Copy of Latest Partnership Deed.
   2. If Company: Certificate of Incorporation.
   3. If Sole Proprietor: Copy of CNIC.
6. NTN Certificate.
7. No Objection from Bank (if plot mortgaged).
8. Confirmation that buyer is not defaulter of BOM.
9. Proof of Payment of NOC Fee.

Note: After Submitting the Online Application, the Customer must Submit a heard copy of the application in the BOM-MIE Office.
