Permission to Mortgage & Marking of Line

Documents Required:

1. Application on Letter Head.
2. Copy of Registered Mortgage Deed.
3. Copy of Redemption Deed.
4. Copy of Amended/ Revised Mortgage Deed (for Modification of lien).
5. No Objection from the Resident.
6. Certified Copy of MODTD in case of company.
7. Proof of Payment of Fee.

Note: After Submitting the Online Application, the Customer must Submit a heard copy of the application in the BOM-MIE Office.
