Change in The Constitution

Documents Required:

1. Application on Letter Head.
2. No Objection Statement.
   1. If Partnership Firm: Affidavit of all partners.
   2. If Company: Copy of Board Resolution.
3. Entity Documents
   1. If Partnership Firm: Certified Copy of Previous and latest amended partnership Deed.
   2. If Company: Certified Copy of Form 29 by SECP.
4. No Objection from Bank (if plot mortgaged).
5. Proof of Payment of Fee.

Note: After Submitting the Online Application, the Customer must Submit a heard copy of the application in the BOM-MIE Office.
